Drive loan and financial-product sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs and matching them with the right offers from our lending partners.

What you'll do

Generate and convert leads for loans, cards and insurance
Counsel customers on products, eligibility and documentation
Coordinate with partner banks/NBFCs to move files to disbursal
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM hygiene

What we look for

Graduate (any stream); freshers welcome
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Two-wheeler preferred for field roles
Customer-first, target-driven attitude

Telecaller

Full-time In-office 0–2 years 6 openings

Be the first voice of Udhyami Fintech Pvt. Ltd. — call prospective customers, explain offerings, qualify interest and book appointments for the sales team.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to leads and follow up on enquiries
Explain products clearly and capture customer requirements
Qualify and hand over warm leads to sales executives
Maintain accurate call logs and disposition in the system

What we look for

12th pass / Graduate; freshers welcome
Clear spoken Hindi and/or English (regional language a plus)
Comfortable on the phone for extended periods
Patient, polite and persistent

Team Lead — Sales

Full-time Branch 3–6 years 2 openings

Lead, coach and grow a team of sales executives. Own targets, drive performance and ensure a smooth, compliant customer journey from lead to disbursal.

What you'll do

Manage and motivate a team of sales executives
Plan and deliver branch/region sales targets
Review pipeline, coach on conversions and resolve escalations
Ensure process compliance and accurate reporting

What we look for

Graduate; 3+ years in BFSI / loan distribution sales
Proven track record of leading and hitting targets
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
Working knowledge of loan products and processes
